Seafood Paella

Yields1 Serving
 500 gr prawns
 500 gr crab sticks
 250 gr calamari
 2 tsp masala
 2 tsp crushed garlic
 1 tsp black pepper
 2 tsp fish spice
 1 tsp Aromat
 1 tsp mixed herbs
 1 tsp cayenne pepper
 1 tsp cajun spice
 2 onions finely sliced
 1 yellow pepper sliced
 1 green pepper sliced
 1 yellow pepper sliced
 3 carrots cut into Julienne
 Green chillies optional
 4 tbsp tomato paste

Marinate

Fry in butter and oil a little at a time and keep aside

250 gr hake fillet cut into cubes. Marinate in a little fish spice and sprinkle with flour and fry and keep aside

Put oil in a pot and butter

Fry onions till golden brown Add the veggies and add black pepper salt to taste and Tyme stir fry for 7 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook on low for 10 minutes

1 ½ cup rice boil with a little turmeric and very little salt. Drain.

In a large pot add rice veggies and fried seafood and stir. Mix the chicken stock pot in a cup of water and pour the rice and steam for 15 minutes. Taste and if more spices are needed add a little of each and stir gently
