Chicken Breyani (Soft Chicken)

Yields1 Serving
 1 whole chicken cut into pieces 1.5 kg
 2 cups rice
 1/2 cup lentil.
 1 large onions finely sliced
 4 cinnamon stick
 4 bay leaves
 4 cloves
 4 Elachi
 4 star aneese
 3 1/2 tbsp Masala slightly heaped.
 1 level tsp turmeric powder

Boil lentils and rice together with turmeric powder and salt to taste for 15 minutes. Drain and keep aside.

Fry 3 large potatoes cut into pieces and tossed in egg yellow powder colouring and deep fry and keep aside

In a pot add oil and fry

Fry till golden brown. Add 2 tsp ginger and garlic and fresh tyme and braise for a minute then add the 2 grated tomato, curry leave

1 tsp heaped garamasala and braise for a minute then add the chicken pieces and salt to taste and cook on medium for 15 minutes.
