Cut and wash meat & drain
In pot add oil on medium heat then add onions & whole spices & curry leaf Let it fry
Add turmeric powder and stir
Add garum masala and other powders stir well add tomatoes/ green chillies let it cook
When the tomatoes are cooked then add your meat and stir well
On the top sprinkle the salt and place ginger and garlic
Cover lid for pot let it simmer well After 10 mins stir well ,Keep checking
If water dries out add half cup or 1cup boiled water if needed or jus leave to cook out completely
When done garnish with DHANIA
Meat must cook by 45 minutes
