Wash lamb and set aside for 10mins
Slit the lamb and pierce about 6 to 8 whole garlic
Then rub it through with the marinade of your choice (i prefer amina's steak and chops), ginger garlic, salt and some butter.
Cover with foil and pop it into the oven for an hour.
place steamed veggies (optional) around the lamb and leave for a further 45mins (reduce the heat).
