A sprig of curry leaves
3 green chillies cut in halves

68 grated tomatoes
½ tsp Sugar

Fry onions in oil

Add in a little turmeric

Add a tsp of ginger and garlic ,Add 3 green chillies cut in halves

Then add in washed chops and leave for 5min

Add masala and salt

Leave to cook for 10mins

Add 6 to 8 grated tomatoes

Add in half tsp sugar

Let it cook for about 15mins also waiting for water to dry out.

Then garnish with dhania and serve
